Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Hands-Free Hustle LLC ("Hands-Free Hustle," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use The Hustlers Hub mobile app, the Hustlers Hub online community and courses, and hands-freehustle.net (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the community, deliver courses, and support members.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, health data, or biometric data. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and membership
• Deliver courses, quizzes, training videos, and community features
• Track your course progress and show it back to you
• Process purchases and manage the referral program
• Send account notices, course updates, and replies to your questions
• Send marketing messages, only where you have agreed to receive them
• Keep the Services secure, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms and Conditions
• Fix bugs and improve the app based on how features are used
• Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising by third parties.

How we share your information

We share information only with the parties below, and only as much as they need.

• Platform and hosting providers. The app, community, and courses run on the LeadConnector / HighLevel platform, which stores and processes data on our behalf.
• Payment processors. Payments are handled by processors such as Stripe or PayPal under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card number.
• Communication providers. Email and text messages are delivered through our platform's messaging services.
• Other members. Your name, profile photo, and anything you post in the community are visible to other members. Private messages are visible only to the people in the conversation and to us when needed for moderation or support.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights and safety of our members, the public, or Hands-Free Hustle.
• Business transfers. If Hands-Free Hustle is merged, sold, or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages, email, and push notifications

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send account alerts, course reminders, and community updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing emails.
• Turn off push notifications anytime in your device settings.

Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages needed to run your account, like password resets.

Data retention, security, and deleting your account

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (such as purchase records) for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

To delete your account and its data, use the account deletion option in the app's settings or email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your account. We will confirm when the deletion is complete.

Your rights and choices

You can view and update most of your account and profile information in the app at any time. You can also ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your personal information
• Stop sending you marketing messages

Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, or other states with privacy laws, or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights. We honor these requests regardless of your state. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

Children. The Services are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Services change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify members by email or in the app.
