The Hustlers Hub — Terms and Conditions

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hands-Free Hustle LLC ("Hands-Free Hustle," "we," "us") for your use of The Hustlers Hub mobile app, the Hustlers Hub community and courses, and hands-freehustle.net (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your account and everything done under it. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
• One person per account. Don't share your login or resell access.

Memberships, purchases, and referrals

Membership and courses. Some Services require a paid membership or course purchase. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at checkout. Purchases are made on hands-freehustle.net or our checkout pages and are processed by our payment providers. Signing in to the app gives you access to what you have already purchased.

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Canceling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

One-time purchases and lifetime access. Courses and bundles sold as one-time or lifetime purchases are not recurring. "Lifetime" means for as long as Hands-Free Hustle operates the Services.

Refunds. Because courses and digital content are available immediately, all sales are final once content has been accessed, unless the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Price changes. We may change prices. Changes to a recurring membership apply at your next renewal, and we will tell you before that happens.

Referral program. Members may earn rewards for referring new paying members under the program rules shown in your account. Rewards are paid only on completed, non-refunded referrals. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, and misleading promotion are not allowed and will forfeit rewards. We may change or end the program at any time; earned, approved rewards will still be paid. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.

Community rules and your content

The Hustlers Hub runs on opportunity, passing down game, accountability, and empathy. To keep it that way, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or use hate speech toward anyone
• Post sexual, violent, or illegal content
• Spam, run unrelated sales pitches, or post scams or get-rich-quick schemes
• Share other members' private information or messages without permission
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute course content or member posts
• Try to hack, disrupt, or get around security in the Services

Your content. You own what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share it within the Services so the community works. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

Moderation and reporting. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. You can report a post, comment, or member using the in-app report option or by emailing [email protected]. You can block another member at any time. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours.

Our content and your license to use it

All courses, videos, ebooks, quizzes, templates, the WizzyBot instructor, logos, and other materials in the Services belong to Hands-Free Hustle or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "The Hustlers Hub," "Hands-Free Hustle," and related logos are our trademarks.

While your access is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for your own learning and business. You may not copy, resell, share logins to, record, publish, or create competing products from our content without our written permission.

Educational content only — no guarantees

Everything in the Services, including courses on AI automation, mobile home investing, business credit, and funding, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Talk to a licensed professional before making legal or financial decisions.

Any results, income, or success stories shared by us or other members are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will earn money, get funding, close a deal, or improve your credit.

Disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnity

As-is. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hands-Free Hustle and its owners, team, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold Hands-Free Hustle harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from your content, your use of the Services, or your breaking these Terms.

Ending your account, law, and contact

Ending your account. You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from the app's settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Services. Sections about content ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive after your account ends.

Apple and Google. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and Hands-Free Hustle, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support, and their own store terms also apply. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify members by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the new Terms.
